- 4 Sweet peppers (1,20*)
- 500gr of sausage meat (3,00*)

Cost price for a person
- 1-2 sweet peppers: 0,60*
- 150gr of sausage meat: 0,90*

that is to say 1,50

Divide sweet peppers in two and envelez seeds. Rinse them in order to remove remaining seeds.

Lay out sweet peppers cut into two on a plate going with the furnace and furnish with sausage meat.

Preheat the furnace, and put the plate with its stuffed sweet peppers dedant.

Let cook between 20-45 min according to the power of your furnace and taste!

Hake of Alaska & its French beans

Cost price for a person
- hake 200gr of Alaska: 1,10*
- 1/2 limps of French beans: 0,30*

that is to say 1,40

Make cook fish is with the microwaves, or in Marie bath. Pour in a poële French beans. Let cook between 6-10 min the whole.

Draw up the whole in a plate, and taste.

Sauce tagliatelli & its salmon

For this receipt you must have: (make-ready time + 15 min)
- Tagliatelli fraiches (1,00* 500gr)
- Salmon frozen with its sauce (2,80* two parts)

Cost price for a person
- 150gr of Tagliatelli: 0,30*
- 1 salmon paving stone with its sauce: 1,40*

that is to say 1,70

Pour in two pan of warm water to make cook the pastes and salmon. Put the two pans on your hotplates in order to make heat water.

In the first pan put salmon in its packing in order to defrost it and make it cook. You also have the possibility of putting the whole has to cook directly if you have microwaves. For that check on the packing of salmon if it is possible and refer to the guide of your apparatus.

When the water of the second pan is carried has boiling pour the pastes inside, then let cook them (time of cooking indicated on packing).

Mixed salad

- Plugs (0,77* 500gr)
- Salad out of sachet (1,40* 200gr)
- Log of goat (1,10* the log)
- 2 bread sections (0,90* the bread ball)

Cost price for a person
- Plugs 200gr: 0,37*
- Salad 100gr: 0,70*
- Section of goat between 2 and 4 according to the desires: 0,40*
- Bread Section between 1 and 2: 0,10*
that is to say 1,57

First of all the plugs, you will put to cook can make them return with onion. During cooking lay out in your plate salad of your choice.

- 1 Puff pastry (0,50*)
- 1 pot Tomato sauce for the pastes (0,70*)
- 4-5 sections of goat (0,40*)
- 50g grated Cheese (0,50*)
- Salad (0,50*)

That is to say 2,60 for two people and 1,30 for a person

Unroll the paste, roll the edges. Pour the tomato sauce on the paste and spread out. Pose the sections of goat and powder the whole with grated cheese.

First of all the chocolate of pieces, you cut can also use chocolate nuggets whose cost is appreciably higher. Then dissolve butter.

For this receipt, I advise you to make roast zucchinis using a nonadhesive frying pan. Think of turning over them regularly, here I did not use additional fat contents because the zucchinis discharge of water.
